Excellent Customer Service Awards x ABC Pathways School
In the education industry, especially in early childhood education, we must operate with sincerity because children’s reactions are the most genuine.
That’s why the ABC Pathways Group, with a team of over 300 people, is dedicated to treating every trusting parent and every child who enters our classrooms with sincerity.
The Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence (HKACE) first organized the Excellent Customer Service Awards in 2001 to recognize outstanding companies and employees and promote a culture of excellent customer service among member organizations. The Excellent Customer Service Awards have become an annual event in the customer service industry.
This year, ABC Pathways School participated in this industry event for the first time and successfully received two awards:
(1) Customer Care Award: Bronze Award
(2) Team Award: Internal Support Service (Merit Award)
Representing the entire team of ABC Pathways School, three key individuals received the awards:

- Miss Maggie Chu, Director of Sales & Operations
- Miss Emily Choi, General Manager, Student Affairs & Relationships
